Pleasant Ridge Estates is being designed and offered through a partnership between DGC Holdings Corp. and Teaco Properties Ltd. Their most recently completed Patio Home community is Nelsonwoods Estates in Nanaimo BC , a testament to their well thought out planning, quality construction and attention to detail.

The principals of DGC Holdings Corp. have operated the Dueck General Contracting family business for over 20 years, building residential and commercial projects throughout British Columbia. They are a group of experienced craftsmen who work as a cohesive, productive and quality-oriented team. Their most recently developed Patio Home communities are Blairmore Estates and Nelsonwoods Estates in Nanaimo, BC .

Since 1993, the principals of Teaco Properties Ltd have been involved in many business ventures and provided a wealth of experience in project management. As a company, they have successfully diversified into property development and commercial property acquisition. Their most recent patio home development is Nelsonwoods Estates in Nanaimo, BC.
